Join us in our Fall Day of Service and engage yourself with a local community organization in the Eugene-Springfield area. Come learn more about how to serve local community and gain volunteer experience to start off Fall term.
Check-in at EMU Cedar Room/231 - doors open at 9:40am
What to expect: During check-in, you will select which community partner you wish to work with for the day. For the first hour, breakfast items and coffee will be available during our debriefing and education section to reflect on the work we will be participating in and why one participates in volunteer work. Then, you will go out to your selected community partner and work with them for the following 2 hours. Transportation will be provide to and from the organization sites

City of Eugene Parks and Rec-- Bond Lane Park
Food for Lane County: Grassroots Garden
Food for Lane County: Youth Farm
Everyone Village
Olive Plaza
Be sure to wear clothing fit for service, closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate.
